Subcategories under Members Only are not Members only?

Title says it all. To me it looks like the subcategories under Members Only for the different series are not set as nembers only and don't inherit the property from the parent category. In a private tab I can open all the topics there, while I can't open the topics directly under Members Only.
In my opinion not the biggest issue, but I'm not sure it's meant to be like that.
