Hopefully has a great end. It's still on my catch up list.....

I've been reading one volume a year and have vol 4 in my current pile, so that means I'll finish the series around 2037!

I just caught up with volume 16 earlier this week, and gotta say I'm surprised it lasted till 21, it seemed geared up to finish sooner :o

I enjoyed the anime, I might have to give the LN a try when I run out of other things to read.

How far does the story develop in the light novels? Is it worth the read? I've really only seen the anime back then.

@shrike_al The anime only covered the first three volumes. The story really kicks into high gear in volume four. I would say it's worth the read.

Only the first TWO? I guess I should really check it out.

(Speaking of old titles, man, I really wish they publish the Boogiepop novels again.)

@shrike_al Seven Seas tried when the new anime was airing. Since they didn't pick up any more volumes after that, I assume it didn't sell well enough to be worth it.

@myskaros You're right. I should have checked. Plus the side story from volume 7. Still, stuff really gets interesting in the next (third) volume.

@shrike_al I think its too late to licence it already anime aired Year ago and there was that hype people were buying it nad it could also be that licening boogiepop is very expensive since its one of the old popular series like Kino no Tabi(no way to get it again)
