      Hi,
      I have tried to move from monthly sub to yearly. It gave an error the first time, something about having best package already.
      I tried again after and it worked, but it ended up double charging me. Can someone please take a look and refund one of the charges please.
      I'm using chrome as my browser if that helps at all.
