Mind making the Premium Volume Bonus Content List public?

In the AMA last month,, a list was posted of what kind of bonus content comes with the Premium releases for the different series. There was also a link to a thread in the forums which is only accessible to members. Would be nice if there was a public list as I have a couple of credits but I'd prefer to save them for when the J-NC bonuses include Short Stories.
It'd also be a good incentive for people that aren't quite sure if they want a membership or not yet to know exactly what stuff comes with the Premium ePubs.
