@Liber-Monstrorum The takedown was definitely a part of the issue, but Amazon is not a nice company. They way they treat their employees, especially in the warehouses, and how they crush small businesses with ruthless undercutting are other reasons. If things keep going like this, eventually Amazon will be the only retailer and we're all going to pay for that mistake.
Morally bankrupt companies don't deserve my business.

@Nutaris Yeah, Amazon is... not great. It's why I use them more as a window-shopping store than anything — I found my foam roller on there, but purchased it from the actual manufacturer's webstore.

I fully agree with you in this point, but as I already said, for many books I don‘t have many other choices, it‘s the cheapest and fastest way for me to get english, french and japanese books. Unfortunately...
