Wrong membership claimed
I really need help here. Yesterday, I purchased a simple month membership so I could try the service. But today I found out that a whole year was charged in my credit card! I'm pretty sure I purchased only one month, but my account have the whole year now and now I've a pretty big debt in my card. I have not use the credits or anything else, is there something I can do about it?

Log in, go to your Account page, click on Membership Status, then click on Cancel Membership. Your My Current Plan should now say "Cancelled, Ending" instead of "Next Billing Date."
Your membership will stay active until the end of the next cycle, then your membership will end. If you decide to change your mind, you can uncancel any time until the end of the billing cycle.
As such, you can get one month membership by getting monthly membership and then cancelling the membership.
