I'm familiar with this only through the manga, but if the LN is anywhere near the levels of sweetness and hilarity, I am behind this licencing suggestion all the way.
It gets bonus points for the portrayal of the "designated heroine" character, who is also sweet and kind and will not hesitate to punch all your blood out.

I must say it's an intriguing concept.
Of course, I'd argue that Prince Siegward, unless he's from a culture which is into the concept of dis-embodied beings running around who can be selective concerning who can 'hear' them, should be wondering if he's going mad...and then become majorly concerned when the voices in his head turn out to make sense...
No, I haven't read the scanlations or fan translations or MTL'd any of it myself, so the above is purely my perspective based upon the description.
It could be fun.

Endo and Kobayashi's Live Commentary on the Villainess is a treat. I do think that it deserves getting licensed. Why? First, it's a fun, short read. Second, it's complete. And third, the interactions between the characters are just plain adorable.
Now, it isn't as if it's not without its flaws, but to be honest, I don't really mind them. It's as if the fun aspects just completely takes me in. I wouldn't have minded it being a bit longer though, and probably expanding on the romance (because y'know, we all
wantneed it).It has pretty good reception among Japanese fans based on Kakuyomu, and I'm pretty sure that the scanlations and fan translations are too for those outside.
Edit: Forgot to say that Rize-tan (Lieselotte) is mega cute.
