Hi, I'm not under stand about Payment Information
like Name on Card what card is it exactly?
Can I pay with Paypal Instead?

Hello,

Currently the only payment option J-Novel Club accepts is via a Credit Card.

Paypal is not an option.

the "name", refers to your name as it appears on your credit card.
