In what Light Novels the main characters have a "physical" relationship?
-
I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it, but mushoku tensei the MC has sex with multiple girls over the course of the story.
-
@Paul-Nebeling thank god Satou isn't into his harem. Interestingly, he also is very clear on the many reasons it would be inappropriate. Age is the main factor, as it should be. But he also points out that he's their guardian, and that alone makes it inappropriate. Still... there are times where the author hedges and it's super uncomfortable. At least he has real adult interest in Aaze, who I believe looks to be in her 20's.

Banished from the Hero's Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside
MC has consensual adult and intimate relationships with other adults. What I want out of my LN protagonists. Harem antics are fine, but it's hard to take a romance between 9 people seriously.Hachinan tte, Sore wa Nai Deshou!
This is harem is a little unique, because there is discussion of the fact marriages are being forced on both parties. I won't say it's "good", but they do at least address that the "happy harem wives" longed for a more romantic experience.Kenja no Mago
Slow burn romance in this isekai that does end up physical. There are several couples with physical relationships. Nice because the participants are all about it. -

I give Death March a lot of credit for this. No matter how much it jokes about the harem aspects, at least it’s firm in that he absolutely views it as wrong and won’t do anything on that front, because he thinks of them much more like they’re his children. And his relationship with Aaze feels both young-love in general and mature in comparison to all the other girls, which is refreshing. Though if anything ever comes of his sort-of relationship with Zena, it’s probably fair to count that as closer to the Aaze side of the spectrum than not.
That said, the series definitely overdoes it with Arisa’s perversion.

I'm surprised Arifureta hasn't been mentioned yet.
-
@SirPaper You mean recently. It was mentioned on the first page.
-
@SomeOldGuy Oof, you're right! It was even mentioned twice! >_<
A fun sci-fi series then would be Reborn as a Space Mercenary: I Woke Up Piloting the Strongest Starship!
-
@SirPaper That was also mentioned on the first page, by Wellwisher (in the spoiler tag, under Seven Seas) 🙂
-
@Paul-Nebeling I like you made the tittle as "main characters" but also add bookworm :D
-
@hopebestman Not going to argue the point. There are plenty of kids and pregnant women running around to make it obvious lots of people are getting busy. We won't mention all the raping of gray shrine maidens (and the occasional gray priest).
-
Maybe I should get the list out of spoiler tag with how many people seem to miss it?

Hmm, I read that one... it’s decent but it gets a bit repeat I’ve here and there. These end up with me taking Long breaks.
I do wish it would get licensed tho.

@Thomask Space Mercenary? It was licensed by Seven Seas back in November. https://sevenseasentertainment.com/2020/11/30/in-a-galaxy-far-far-away-seven-seas-licenses-reborn-as-a-space-mercenary-i-woke-up-piloting-the-strongest-starship-light-novel-series-airship-imprint/

@Paul-Nebeling its just when you put "main character(s)" in tittle, i kind a surprized to see AoaB in your examples, thats it. but nvm. also you can add to your examples to Mushoku Tensei. However i like the series, there are some things going on with Rudy.
-
@hopebestman Well, Myne had
so all you'd need is a little Seven Seas-style edit oopsie and it makes the list after all.
-
@miniika Oh, please. That was just the very Japanese Urano talking. While there's no shortage of "adult activity" going on in Bookworm. Even Gunter and Effa keep it off camera.

The Testament of Sister New Devil and Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia are really explicit as well in the later volumes
currently reading the Taiwan Kadokawa versions

@mystyk Let’s not forget all the time he spends at brothels to curb the urge

Well, Satou was going to brothels until the kids figured out how to track him and prevent it. We finally found out how when he went to the elf country.
I give Arisa a pass on her perversion since she was apparently years older when she died, though she's never said how old. My wild guess is at least college-age.

I think it was hinted at some point Arisa was older than Satou was, so likely around 30? I'm honestly not sure though.
