@harmlessdave Personally I'm still hoping for the last volume of Outer Ragna, which was also a pretty strange (too put it lightly) isekai.

I own 1 & 2 and enjoyed them despite the weird writing and narrative style.

Kobold King was not my cup of tea, too much tormenting of the characters for...shock value? Cruelty's sake?

King of the Labyrinth - I read the description and reviews on Amazon and that one isn't for me either.

@harmlessdave I haven't had the time to check King of the Labyrinth but it does seem like a fairly standard monster hero story.
From what you've said I may check Kobold King tho, I had only read the very beginning when it came out and dropped it since it seemed like it would just be another fluffy feel-good fantasy, seems like I was really mistaken.

Do you like death, war and misery ?
Do you like badass op loli who let nobody got in their way ?
        Do you like vengeance story?
If so then then vote for The girl who ate a death god

It starts out that way, then some not-nice things happen to the fluffy dog people and human side characters. Hilarity does not ensue.

            To put it mildly.

...Cats are the proof of a higher purpose to the universe.
