Question about payment(mastercard)

Hi, i wanna ask about debit card (master card)
I trying paying with my debit card but always get rejected so my question is
Did j-novel club accept debit card?
Did j-novel club is 3DS merchant?
I read in FAQS there "payment methods" in my account setting but i don't see any

Hello, welcome to J-Novel Club!

Sorry to hear about the troubles you are having.

A debit MasterCard should be useable on the site, in some situations you may have to approve the use of online purchases with your financial institution.

Because this involves sensitive information, it is better to send an email to support@j-novel.club for any further assistance.

Additionally since it is the year end Holiday season, it may take longer then usual to address support requests.

The reason i post this because my email not getting replied yet
And my i suggest that j-novel club add more payment methods?
Like google wallet / paypal?
Its pretty weird that somebody that wanna pay get troubled
And thanks for translating my 1st and 3rd favorite novel (lazy dugeon master, riso himo)
