I heard My Big Sister and Grimgar Vol 1 got updated. Is there a list of other epubs that had also been updated and exactly what got updated?

Did Grimgar actually ever get updated? My Grimgar copy on Amazon still said version 1 even after a long time after the update was talked about, haven't checked recently.
