Is there such an option in the site where I can receive email receipts each time my membership gets renewed? I searched around a bit and can't seem to find it.

Last month, my bank called me to confirm whether the transaction was suspicious or not. I had no way to prove that I'm subscribed to this service on month-to-month basis other than my verbal consent, so I'd like to have proof in some form like email. Also, I like to have a paper trail of my expenses, so if this feature doesn't exist I'd like to request it.

I don't know about email options but you can check your next billing date at https://j-novel.club/user/membership and manually add it to your calendar.

I'm in the UK and I seem to recall at least one instance where my bank blocked a payment to JNC and flagged it as suspicious (maybe because it was a foreign currency), so it would be good to get a heads up email.

        Stay shiny, y'all.

I went back through my own emails and I've never gotten an email about subscribing, only emails about purchasing extra credits. It would be nice to get some extra notifications, I'm pretty sure I've seen people indicate they'd like a notice about when credits are spent too since there's no real way to track any of that unless you're meticulously noting every time you spend a credit or get a monthly credit

I'm in similar circumstances. Where I live, USD is a foreign currency that's strictly managed and I could only purchase the subscription using a special dual currency card with certain hard limits. I suspect that time my bank called me isn't going to be the last and there may well be future instances where the payment gets automatically declined.

I get an invoice email from my hosting provider (Digitalocean) every month, a similar email from j-novel would be enough for me. That being said, having more granular notifications would also be great!

I would also pretty much like to have a "invoice" / confirmation email for:

              • Membership activation / continuation / cancellation (when it does not automatically renews anymore) notice
              • When Coins are purchased that includes: how much coins are purchased, for how much each coins was purchased (based on membership), and total cost
              • When Coins are spent, to receive confirmation that a coin was actually spent and to have a general confirmation, this email should include: how many coins are spent (1 in most cases), which title it was, plus a download link (or where to download it, even if it is just https://j-novel.club/user/library)

Also, the current email that is sent out for coins purchased is just not enough, also i dont think a email like admin@j-novel.club should be used, but (like other services do it) noreply@j-novel.club or confirmation@j-novel.club

PS: it would also be nice if these email would be structured like invoice emails to be automatically displayed in something like gmail (like steam does it)
