Somehow made a forum account but not a main website account

I can't create an account on the website because the email is taken on the forum but I can only log on here and the main j novel site says my account doesn't exist.

Same problem here.
If I attempt a password reset on the main site I get "User not found"
If I try to sign up with the same email: "Failed to sign up: Could Not Save User to Forum: Email taken"
I hoped to work around this by deleting the forum account and then signing up again, but that option doesn't seem to exist in Settings.
If I try to sign in with Google I get "500 Internal Server Error" on https://api.j-novel.club/auth/google/callback?code=<snipped long code goes here>
