Trouble logging in to the J-novel website

Whenever I enter my username and password it tells me that I have an unverified email, when I hit the "send verification email" button I get a second error:
"Failed to send verification email: Could Not Update User On Forum:Something was wrong with the request payload you passed in. | Username taken"I never receive anything in my email. Not in my inbox, not in my spam filter. I can log into the forum side just fine but not the novel side.

Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

I can't log into the new website period. It loads and loads and loads and never goes anywhere. This has been happening since the new site came out. I am able to log into the old site just fine thank goodness, but I won't be renewing my subscription.

@maralynn if you try it in incognito mode/private browsing, does it work then? If so, then you probably need to delete your cookies from j-novel.club to make it work without incognito/private.
