Maybe Kara no Kyoukai for #2…?
I know it's published by Kodansha, but the hint "Stop Flicking it." -> 'Flicks' as in movies -> Kara no Kyoukai has 7 film adaptations…? I know it's a little simple but eh…
There is also the nasu-verse hint, I was also thinking "You won't want it to end" could be referring to the boundry (Kyoukai) in the title…?

#2 is supposed to be a single volume novel. That is what "You won't want it to end" refers to.

Idk why this came to mind, but Ro-Kyu-Bu! for #4 - "ironically, it doesn't need a club" - it's about a Basketball Club but you don't need a club to play basketball. "The flatter, the scarier" could be a reference to the main cast being made up of lolis mainly. I have had very little exposure to the series but it just popped into my mind while looking at the clues and I'm not sure why…
Also, Dengeki Bunko has offerings in English avalible from both YP and, more recently, Seven Seas, so it's not impossible for J-Novel to start licencing titles from them! I mean, this seems like a weird choice based on some of the great titles DB has, but we'll see where this leads if that's the case, I guess…?

So with the new newsletter we have the additional hint that one series is suited for Halloween. I hope that means horror/mystery, but maybe Sam and Aimee are just trolling and its about someone getting reincarnated as a pumpkin.

Word is it's still working its way through various sets of lawyers, so I'd guess it might not be Halloween. Though I suppose there's still a chance if it happens to get through all of a sudden on Monday or Tuesday JST.

I'm now worried about how long its been taking. I mean Outbreak Company was the first of the group and its almost to ebook publishing now.
Unless the bossman is just holding off on releasing them till we hit a lull. -
As of yesterday they were still going through the final legal paperwork.

Huh. Not really my sort of book, but that's okay. Good to have a broad variety for everyone, I got 3 this batch. Outbreak is 'YES!', New Life is 'Very Good' and Demon is 'Enjoyable'. Good enough. :)
