Infinite Stratos is such a huge curve-ball. Better late than never indeed. Guess we'll have to wait more for Mushoku Tensei. At least we'll finally get to read what's next since the fantranslation has been dead for ages. We should be caught up in a little over a year.

IS seems like a pretty big deal still (the anime was marmite but popular and not too too long ago). I enjoyed it for what it was - dumb and trashy, but comfort food fun. No trope too trope-y! I’m actually quite excited to read and compare as this’ll be the first LN that ive seen the anime first.

The next one is the only one I may be able to correctly guess as Kou 1 Desu ga Isekai de Joushu Hajimemashita.

That one turned out to be undead adventurer, though.

So Hint 3 was Undead Adventurer, not Hint 2 set? Interesting.

So hint 2 is still up in the air? Not part of the Horizon series + an army of evil.

And we still got that Not a Light Novel hint one.

Never knew IS is under Overlap now. I sorta lost interest after the author had that fight with MF and saw no new volume come out till 2 years later. Nice to know I can eventually read the continuation.

Also sorta wish Skeleton Knight in Another World was the one instead of Nozomanu Fushi no Boukensha. I liked the WN translation and since the WN stopped getting LN officially translated would be nice. Still gonna read it though since I am interested.

@sam-pinansky the novel "The Unwanted Undead Adventurer" on the announcement page is missing the link to its title page (unlike the genius novel). Also "Infinite Stratos" is not listed on the page yet either, or was that LN outside of the 5 hints given there?

I was honestly wondering if the novel was Sound Euphonium. That's a novel series, and allegedly about the author's experiences, so it might fit. 'cept I found out it was being translated by Yen Press. (Though they haven't done a second novel in almost a year. :( )

I'm so sad about that one. I don't know if I should be a punk and annoy their social media manager / email exchange about getting more novels, or just accept it.

I really found the characters interesting in that they weren't all 100% likable, even Kumiko having major faults in terms of her actions and her desire to succeed vs not practicing as hard + having fun. T.T
