Yen Press (@yenpress) Tweeted:
THE GENIUS PRINCE’S GUIDE TO RAISING A NATION OUT OF DEBT (HEY, HOW ABOUT TREASON?) is a story about a prince of this small and weak kingdom who strives for one thing: selling out his country and living a quiet life in leisure! Out in August 2019! #yenpress https://t.co/RMS4DMPFal https://twitter.com/yenpress/status/1091451545256951808?s=17This one was in the top ten sellers in Japan this week I think (I think Justus was literally just looking for opinions and info on it for the video he wanted to record?).

So, I make the thread on the day that YP decided to announce stuff (Wondering if they will scratch something off our lists...)

Horror Light Novel! Signal to my horror fans: Horror Light Novel!

The Thundercloud Inn, a curious establishment that opens its doors to the troubled masses, human or otherwise, but only takes payment only in the form of one’s deepest secrets…horror fans, please welcome the light novel PHANTOM TALES OF THE NIGHT by Matsuri! https://t.co/0Dfu32oMRl https://twitter.com/yenpress/status/1091454037055229952?s=17 -

EDIT: Also, that tweet got deleted D:
Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

@myskaros
You crushed his dreams too fast... -

But... Yen called it a light novel on Twitter. Pls don't shoot the messenger. T_T

@bloodygaikotsu That's what they call me, the quicksilver dreamcrusher.

Probably because it's not a light novel. xD
Fudge!

@terrence
They deleted the tweet right away, anyways.
I didn't even get to see it (I thought smth was wrong with my phone when I couldn't see the tweet for however many times I refresh) -
Yen just ruined my day, lol. xD
-
Remember that someone on twitter talked about last one a lot
Was it you, @Terrence ? -
Another YP announcement has passed without mentioning Seishun Buta...
-
I've probably posted about it I'm sure, but not obsessively so definitely (there may have been something that popped up in the news about it). It's not one I could tell you the name of offhand, so definitely not one I'm following too closely, but I had seen it.
The art looks good. Somebody just bumped the thread for it here to say it got picked up too (maybe where you saw it?). =)
-
@terrence
Probably Fujimi was pushing it at some point (like Mom one before), so started to see a lot of tweets about it...
(I know we had a thread for it too, I was talking about how it covered my Twitter TL once)Well, hint: you can't be disappointed if you're not expecting anything lol
-
I didn't expect anything out of this random batch but actually got something! Finally. Will definitely give Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjou a try, have been waiting for this one. Though it's a pity that yet another seemingly decent novel goes not to JNC so the wait is going to be endless.
-
Mature Purple from the LN podcast says he called that one so you may have seen it from him on Twitter.
I gotta relisten to that podcast we did with our hopes for next year. Things are looking up for a lot of their hopes between that and Sword Dad.
-
So...last one
A curve ball, huh? -
Like Konosuba is popular but didn't expect we get his other series like any time soon..whoa
