Weird that nobody has mentioned this yet as it's been on Reddit for a few hours, but J-Novel Club & Yen Press will have virtual Anime Expo panels (on Twitch) on July 3rd:

The timing for the J-Novel Club panel is a bit unfortunate for Europeans though, that's like 2 AM Saturday for me. I'm not going to stay up that late.

It's a lot of fun.
And usually I guess them when I've just about given up (I guessed the zombie one on Justus' Discord after someone told me itchy tasty was a Resident Evil thing + cause I recalled time being in the title + the whole "when the magic fades" being the main character's fantasy world fading to stark reality when taking off the VR set [but I thought for sure I was wrong], and JNC Discord I guessed Welcome to Japan Ms Elf cause Abe's solution to the birthrate / unmarried men / population issue would be importing women from a fantasy world).
The more cryptic the better. Then you can wow at the solution. But too hard and you get no guesses. All things in balance. x)

#3 probably involves a muscle bound protagonist giving that Lou Ferrigno played the Incredible Hulk.
#2 is probably a reference to a sorcerer due to the title change in the US of the first Harry Potter book.

Hint 1: Zelenograd is a Russian city known for electronics. SSSS makes me think of Gridman.
Hint 2: Piggybacking off of sniper_samurai, the Philosopher's Stone in Japanese is "kenja no ishi", so "sage" is also on the table if we believe it's a HP reference.

@saffire Hint 2 might relate to Wise Man's Grandchild (Kenja no Mago), in that case. JNC has already licensed titles from that publisher before, so it's a possibility.

Tbh, hint 3 can be anything depending on how one would spin it, from Hulk to King of Queens. -

OK, so Galoob were the creators of the Game Genie. And while he's most famous as the Hulk, Lou Ferrigno also played Sinbad the Sailor a couple years before his return to bodybuilding, so him not needing a stunt double for that movie is totally believable to me.
