Hint number 2 could be the light novel version of "Dungeon Builder". The manga is already licensed.

@lighthawk96 I would be interested in either of those. I was considering that the hint may be the Dungeon Busters manga since JNC has started doing simulpub releases of manga.

Maybe taking over Redefining the META at VRMMO Academy from Sol Press. If so, I wonder if any of the others are amongst those recently removed from the Sol Press listing.

Adding another suggestion for hint 6, assuming it's something related to VR - "Only Sense Online", a series that has 21 volumes out (or 24, when counting the Silver Goddess side story volumes), as of February. The only reason I'm putting it here, though, is because it's VR, and because I've been slowly working my way through the manga for the past week or so.
