Alt title: Former General Is Undead Knight (Light Novel)

Lambert, one of the great generals from Regios kingdom, was suspected for planning a rebellion against his lord at the end of unification war, and he died an unnatural death. Two hundred years later, when the era had changed and Regios kingdom had entered its peaceful era, he accidentally revived as a demon called Undead Knight… Lambert, whose entire body was wrapped in a flashy Demon MetalOrgan, set out on a journey to punish the wrongdoers while enjoying the peaceful sight of Regios kingdom. But… this peaceful era was basically an easy mode for Lambert, the greatest general of the chaotic era.

Premise makes it sound like a fun read.

It is a pretty cool series, closer to western fantasy than LNs.
Berserk/Conan style dark fantasy about cleaving evil sorcerers in two and, uh, letting the past grudges die. Literally.

@wellwisher Have you read it? I checked out the first 11 chapters of the manga and while it can get bloody, I ain't getting the Berserk vibes yet.

@animeotaku5000 Yes, I read first... 4 volumes, I think? The vibes are there, especially once the plot gets going (I dunno where ch.11 is plot-wise).
Also, people tend to be vastly different in what they consider "Berserk vibes", not to mention that manga could've very well botched that feeling.

@wellwisher Chapter 11 is where he's fighting a guild in the dungeons. I def felt the manga may have watered things down.
