So this one is about a guild receptionist that takes matters into her own hands when adventurers keep failing a quest (which, consequently, their failures give her more troubling paperwork to do). She takes up a giant weapon and goes to finish the dungeon slaying quest herself! Seems cute, seems to have a fun looking cast. Series getting heavy promotion from Kadokawa / Dengeki Bunko lately.

You can safely remove “Seinen” because that’s a manga demographic.The artist is “Gaou”. I’m not familiar with many V-Tubers but his profile in the back of the book does indeed mention designing Minato Aqua. They also have an artbook out:
