To add to the link above, the volume in question is still in the pre-publication stage, you can per-order the book now, but it won't be released until July 15, 2022, after that day you can purchase the ebook at read at your pleasure.

The site you are on is J-Novel Club, a site for an offical publishing company that officially licenses books from Japan, officially translates them, and releases them for purchase.

@benetnasch volume 9 hasn't been fully translated, so it hasn't been released yet. You could subscribe to become a member in order to read what has been released so far, or wait until the upcoming coin overhaul later today, and then preorder just that volume and gain access that way.
