@Siphonario Grimgar Vol. 1 is set to publish the ebook on Dec. 16th.
Little Apocalypse Vol. 1 is set for Jan. 6th!You can see when it is by looking at "publishing date" on the volume page.
I have pre-ordered Vol. 1 from Kobo. Dec 16th can't come any faster! :)

(Btw how to make spoiler?)How many volumes Grimgar have atm? And is there any delay / wait time which must be met /required from the Japanese publisher before you can start working on the latest chapters (when you have caught up with the Jpn release)? For example, 1 month after the original publication on Japan.

They've said they are trying to get a new volume each 2 months. Grimgar has 9 volumes currently and it is a ongoing series so there might be a few more before we catch up.
-
With the most recent volume having come out in August, Grimgar currently has nine volumes at the moment.
I wouldn't expect Overlap to require any sort of delay on the most recent volumes once we catch up, since there aren't any fears of reverse importation like there are with, say, anime Blu-Rays. -
@Fezu Yes, 2 months per volume so it'll probably be sometime in 2018 before we catch up.
@Sean-McCann I see. I was just curious about such thing. Thanks for the answer. :) -
@Bryan It's probably because it's a 12 ep. series that makes me feel that way. It just left me hungry for so much more. I think I may have gotten too used to the short series that are produced now, but the pace seems more fitting for a 26+ episodes season like "back-in-the-day". This is why I can't wait to read the novels.

So excited to finally get a chance to read Grimgar! Thank you!

I'm up to volume 4 with the novels, and I got to tell you I find the pacing for this whole thing just right. If it was any faster it would ruin the character developments.
-
@Bryan I agree with the pacing of the anime and books. I admit that it does seem a tad slow, (more so during the anime) but once it gets going it really helps with the character development.
-
need to wait 'till August for volume 4 :(
already read vol 1-3 don't want to re-read it -
@Bryan Good to hear. How far into the novels does the anime go?

The anime covered the first two volumes, but it removed some stuff, added other stuff, and made lots of changes to how things happen. We've already had Yorozu-chan, who didn't make it into the anime, and the scenes coming in part 5 play out a bit differently from their anime equivalents as well.

So volume 4 will be released when? So I can put in my calender

There doesn't appear to be a hard release date at the moment, but if they manage to keep up the current pace. It looks like potentially June or July?
-
@Rozmdan Start releasing pre-pub parts May/June, ebook release in July if my math is correct.
We might have a week or two off in between one of the volumes just to give translator a little catchup time or over holidays, we'll see how things are flowing as we go. -
@Sam-Pinansky Holidays? What!.. Just kidding, that's perfectly fine.
In all honesty, the current pace is ahead of what I originally predicted. Light novels I get from Yen Press tend to be every 3-4 months so this looks great.
