Front page Image does not have a source set

On the front page under Our Latest Digital Releases, the latest To Another World... with Land Mines! Volume 2 does not have a image src set, see screenshot

it seems like just the src (html tag for the image url) is empty

Note: when going to the page, the volume has its image - so the image does exist

The current Ragnarok and Instant Death volumes don't show images on the release banner on the front page either but show fine on their respective pages, same issue?

Tangent, neither of today's manga chapters are linking right. One give Yurika 404, other was...909 maybe?
