Credit Refund To Cash Request Due To Terms Changing

Ah, so I bought my credits under the old system with the explicit promise from Sam that they would be exchangeable indefinitely for an ebook on a 1-1 basis anticipating inflation. If there is going to be a change in the currency where coins are going to be priced differently per book, I would like to be refunded for 500 credits (not coins) at the rate I purchased them, I guess in coins that would be 500 credits * 699 = 349,500 coins). I can prove the transaction as well as the discussion as it was through Paypal and was specifically tracked as it required Sam to change the database as well. I will spend the remainder of my credits before the forced conversion.

@alocervancouver Purchase was executed on 9th-November-2018 with Sam confirming. I still have the exchange of emails as it was an unusual purchase.

This strikes me as something that should be dealt with via email, not the support forums, as it involves individual account details and oddities.

@alocervancouver Well, we haven't actually announced any changes in ebook prices after all, they are all (except for Beatless, which was never available for credits in the first place) still 699 coins.
