Purchased books are gone

All the books I've purchased are showing up as if I did not purchase them. There's no option to download them, only a "buy" button.
I initially thought it was limited to one series, but it turns out all of the books I've already purchased are no longer available for download and the website seems to indicate that I need to purchase them all over again. -
@anonymous0070 Try logging out and logging back in, if that doesn't work you'll want to email their support address, though please note almost all their staff are at AnimeExpo this weekend, so you likely won't get a reply until everyone gets back.

I also am having the same problem it won't let me read the books I bought on this site except for unfinished books and part 1 of every other book when I try to read other parts of a book I purchased all it does is take me to where it basically ask you to upgrade your subscription even if you are a premium member, even if you try to buy the books again the site knows you already bought the book, I upgraded to $120.00 a year which was most likely a mistake and I still can't read any of my books, I hope this problem is fixed soon.

It seems to be related to this;
Purchased manga and light novels are still showing BUY button even after purchaseYou can't get to download or reading from the 'Series' section, it shows 'Preview' instead of 'Read' and 'Buy' instead of 'Download' for already purchased books. And if you click on any of the parts of a volume, it takes you to 'Upgrade Your Plan' even if you're already a premium member and already have that particular book in library, however that is already greyed out and tells you 'You are already on the highest plan available.'
However you CAN dowload the ebooks themselves from your 'User' section (if you click 'Owned' beside a title you'll see a 'Download' button for every volume you've already purchased).
HOWEVER, if you click the three dots beside 'Download', there's a button for 'Read', clicking that takes you to the title page on the 'Series' section with the individual volumes, and now you'll be faced with the same problem as mentioned above. So for the moment at least, 'Read' doesn't work except for publicly available parts, even for those who are premium members...

@Cosmo If you've switched to an annual sub by mistake, send them an email at support@j-novel.club and they can probably get you sorted out.
The developer has seen the topic, they'll be investigating as soon as they get back from AnimeExpo (everything always has to break the weekend all the staff are away at an event).
