Can't download Tearmoon Vol 8 on phone

I purchased Tearmoon Vol 8 and I wanted to try reading it on an epub reader on my phone, whenever I click the download button though I get the error "Couldn't open download link!"
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

What kind of phone do you have? If it's an Android, I believe there isn't a native EPUB reader that comes installed with the phone, so you would need to download an app to read EPUBs first.

From what you wrote, you purcgased the item at the KNC site, the downlead button appeared, and whatever software you are using to view the site then says it can't open the downlead link, correct?The relevant question would seem to be, "What software package are you using to access the JNC web site?"
JNC app? Web browser? Something else entirely?Whether you have anything installed to read the file once downloaded should only become relevant when attempting to open the file itself.
