RSS feed not updating properly

Hi all,
To give some background, currently using Reeder 3 on macOS with a local account (not linked to Feedly, FeedBin, etc...).
The RSS feed on the home page can be added successfully but it does not list any updates when the feed is refreshed.

Is this just a problem on my end? or does anyone else experience it?

On Feedly, it works fine.

I took a look and it probably doesn't work because every item has the same invalid guid:
