      It's not even available for pre-order, but oddly, vol2 is showing up their system.

          Being hard to find might have something to do with Kobo erroneously naming the illustrator as the author of the first volume?

            I went to kobo.com, searched for "death's daughter," and it's the 3rd item in the search results for me.
