Spirit Chronicles 21 Error

Earlier this day I downloaded vol. 21 of Spirit Chronicles epub version but every time I have tried reading the second chapter it crashes my app. Its the only book that does this. Btw it doesn't have a cover nor any art in it.

A silly question, but sure to be asked; where did you download it from?
I just checked my copy of the Premium epub from JNC using Adobe Digital Editions and SumatraPDF with no problems, and it had cover and interior art.But if it's via Kindle or Nook or Kobo rather than direct from JNC, that could be a different matter.

With it being the weekend and Monday a holiday, it may be a while until Support gets back to you.
In the hopes that it would be useful to them, the version of Android, and what app you were using to open the epub and (attempt) to read it with might be good to provide.But yeah, that's weird.
Hokay, I've an Android 11 phone, downloaded the book, opened it using ReadEra and everything was fine.
Have you attempted deleting the file and downloading a fresh copy, in case something went weird with the download process?

I downloaded the premium ebook yesterday and checked the construction, the images are all there and it's basically the same as any other premium ebook we release. If you can tell us your exact phone, operating system, and what app you're using to read, we might be able to help, but this feels more like a specific problem with the app you're using. Have you tried downloading a different reader?
