Unable to read Ascendance of a Bookworm Part 5 Volume 2 in Google Play Book. There are also review in the app saying they can't access the volume as well, so it's happening to multiple people

Thank you for fast reply. When trying to access the book, it prompt this error messageI have tried to access the volume on multiple devices and it prompt the same error.
The 'Get Help' button take me to this link:
which I tried all the troubleshooting, but it does not fix the issue

Thank you, we see no errors with the listing itself, but we have begun contacting Google to see if they can assist.
There may just be a Google error, and not one J-Novel Club can resolve.

Sorry for the second message, we do encourage you to contact Google if you can about this issue. Between support tickets from us (the publisher) and you (the customer) it willl hopefully get resolved sooner.

@Sataporn-Chaochonpun-izp9b25 I'm guessing this is the version purchased from google play books itself (based on your comment about the review). Just thought I'd ask because play books does allow you to upload your own epubs into your library that you've purchased elsewhere (like from JNC directly).

Yes, it is the version purchased directly from the google play book store.
I have just finished contacting with the Google support. Apparently, the book is still pending as a 'pre-order' even though it is released. the support told me that the issue should be resolved in 4 - 24 hours. -
