There's someone I would care not to read his/her posts as they are not contributory to the discussion. Is there a way that I can ignore a user?

Should be possible if the admins want to implement it.

As Ascendance of a Bookworm winded down, there was a noticeable uptick in people commenting on series that they clearly didn't enjoy and were seemingly reading just to justify their continued subscription.

While these users have an audience and as much right to comment as I do, they kinda kill any small joy I have reading some series, and I was wondering if we could just have a feature to ignore those users and found this old post.

Could this feature be reconsidered for inclusion?

From the profile page, in menu under the blue circular button with vertical ellipsis, there's an option to the Block User. The block can be later be seen/removed from your own profile page on the same menu under Blocks.

As @endoftheline mentioned, try using the block function.

              Click on the person's icon.

That will take you to their profile page, where you can click on the menu button to block them.

              • No users were blocked in the making of this example.
