Redeem books not working w. Safari 16.3.1

I tried to redeem dahlia 5 and preorder dahlia 6 on my iPad with iOS 16.3.1.
The button changes color to light blue and nothings happens.Suggestions?

Sometimes you just need to reload the webpage and try again. I often see something like that happen when trying to buy premium books. It can take two or three attempts.
