      Hi J-Novel club! Please fix your broken billing system. Credit cards are not only UNUSABLE, but they cannot be deleted. Deleting cookies and resetting chrome does NOTHING.

      I am beyond frustrated, and it seems that others are having similar issues with no resolution.

      Please fix it.

        @_peteyg Note: This seems to only be a problem on your website. Paying for coins through the Android App worked fine.

          There's a delete card button on the membership page.

          If your card required 3D secure, I think that's not implemented yet, this is part of the reason they added the ability to buy coins in the app, because a lot of people in the European countries don't have cards that work with the way they've implemented stripe, and updating it requires a full overhaul of the payment system which while is in the works, isn't something that can just roll out overnight.

          Edit: Anyway, if you really can't get it to remove or work properly, try reaching out to support@j-novel.club
          They'll be able to potentially tell you more specifically what they're seeing when your credit card tried to process or help you remove the card from your account, but that's probably all stuff you don't want posted all over a public forum.

            @_peteyg we replied to your support email, as the issue has been resolved. Please see the details there.

            For everyone else, this was mainly due to a US ZIP code missing in our system, which is rare but does happen sometimes. If you have this issue, let us know and we'll get the ZIP code added!

            For the credit card not being deleted, it was actually because @_peteyg was actually repeatedly adding copies of that payment method to the account when getting the ZIP code error, which is an edge case not really shown in our UI since our system is designed for a single default payment method, which is the latest one added. When the payment method was repeatedly being deleted, those copies were getting removed, there were about 3 left by the time I checked
