I just realized that this is by the author of Let's Get To Villainessin', which in my mind is a marvelous work and an additional recommendation for this title.
It appears that the manga has been licensed...albeit by one of those "chapter by chapter" digital release things that I loath and despise; I want volumes, damn it!
