Unable to read april catchup novels on mobile web
-
I tried two different of the april catchup novels and I cannot enter part 2 for either of these using mobile web (yes, I'm logged in and subscribed).
I tried this with 2 different browsers, Lightning and Fennec (an alternate firefox version).
I have personal (to some degree technical) reasons for not using the app so it's quite the letdown that the website won't let me read on mobile web.
On my laptop in browser, I can read them just fine.

@Endaris Have you tried logging out and logging back in again? That seems to fix most of the weird problems people have. The web site only keeps you logged in for 2 weeks after which you get signed out even if it looks like you're still signed in.
Otherwise you might have to wait for tomorrow for someone on the JNC side to look into the issue.

@jpwong Today was the first time I logged in via mobile.
I tried logging out and in again just to be sure but the problem remains. -
Are you able to try a different browser just to see if it works? We've had compatibility issues with Firefox products on our website before; this isn't to say we won't support Firefox, just that it's the weekend and it will be some time before someone can start troubleshooting this.
Can you also let us know the specifications of the device you're using?

Okay, this might actually be a very weird payment/cashing/account issue?
My credit card is no longer shown as the payment method in my membership options and pretty sure it was still there a few hours ago and my country was somehow changed to austria although I'm very sure I put germany when registering which makes this even weirder.
I also can't read on my laptop anymore although forum still presents me as a member. -
@Endaris Laptop sounds exactly like what happens when the web site logs you out stealthly, but were you on the same internet connection when it was working on your laptop but not your phone? We've seen some people in the past have problems that were being caused by their ISP, so it's always a good check to rule that out.

Not sure what Lightning is, but Fennec was discontinued a few years ago, and it's a really old version of Mobile Firefox. The current Firefox is called Fenix under the hood. I know there are valid reasons for using Fennec (there was some feature loss when they switched to Fenix) but it's generally not safe to use on the web as there are many unpatched security bugs in it.
