@kmsomebody So i went to do what you suggested and no idea why but the website is working normally again for me. I sent the file any ways tho in case there is any info there that might help explain what happend.
For the record, when this issue happend to me i tried different browsers and it did not work, so i used my phone for a while and i set another browser as the new main browser. Then a couple days later, to day the website was back to normal. I have not messed with any settings or my anti virus etc so this is very strange.

If this was a problem on the browser side (Chromium-based browsers), then the sudden occurrence of problems followed by the sudden resolution of those problems could be explained simply by a series of browser updates/hotfixes.
If anyone is still experiencing these issues, we encourage you to send us the HAR files so we can take a look, but if it suddenly got fixed for everyone then the above explanation seems most likely.

@myskaros I use microsoft edge and i have chrome as well and i tried downloading a new browser Opera when it first stopped working, but all three browsers had the same issue. Now tho it works fine on microsoft edge so if it was a browser issue then i wonder what could make all of them stop working at the same time and only for j novels website and its links.

Unfortunately, it's a simple question with a complicated answer. Our website isn't just a flat program or a single piece of paper's worth of code written on it, it's a combination of multiple technologies married together that all are supposed to work properly to produce the output you should see. Your browser, too, is a complex application that is supposed to interpret the various technologies on our website to show you that expected output.
I'm not a software developer so I can't say precisely how or why this happened, but imagine that there are multiple black boxes with inner workings that you don't understand, all you know is that there's "something wrong" between what you see and what we're trying to show you. Which black box is the source of the problem? The one that makes our website work from our side, the one that provides you internet, or the one that is your browser? What if it's a combination of little things that are only slightly off in each black box, but combined together create this one big problem? That's the difficulty in troubleshooting this problem, especially because each of us can ultimately only have direct access to some, not all, of these black boxes.

@myskaros Yeah that is true, i hope some one figures out the issue but for now it seems to work on all three of my browsers and i hope that the others with the same issue are able to use the site again too.

We did deploy an update 2 hours before @thirstydog posted here. It contained potential fixes/safeguards for cookie and session storage. I don't think this is what solved the issue though, since it would only affect your default browser and not other browsers with clean cookies.
@Zatio I checked your HAR file and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary that could've previously interfered with the code.
I suspect it was either some weird caching or network issue, or an automatic software update of something you use on your devices.

Working again now for me as well - maybe 3 times was the charm for clearing cookies and restarting my browser on my laptop…
