Synopsis: It is currently the Taiheimeji Era. It is a reign ruled by the Tokugawa shogunate. Inside this shogunate, there is a group of warriors that support the government. They are the Manyuu Clan.In this current era, breasts mean everything. If you have breasts, you are guaranteed wealth and popularity. If you lack them, you are rarely considered "human". Members of the Manyuu Clan help raise the future big breasts. Written on a secret scroll possessed by the clan, there is said to be various techniques on how to grow big and beautiful breasts.
Chifusa is to be successor of the clan. However, she takes the secret scroll and runs away with it, hoping to fight against the cruel world that the Manyuu Clan has created…
Notes: My third submission in the "the only manga-original series JNC has that has sold well so far is Gushing Over Magical Girls, so clearly JNC needs more sexy manga" series.
This got an anime a while ago, which many people talk about as the pinnacle of ecchi (seriously, go on 4chan and I swear you'll see a post with Chifusa saying "/a/, why don't they make women with big breasts anymore?"). But apparently, after the parts the anime adapts, the series pivots to be more of a political series, dealing with the socioeconomic implications of a society which places value solely on the size of women's breasts. Coincidentally, people never talk about the manga post-anime. Wonder why.
Anyway, it's a relatively short series and it has girls breasting boobily. What more can you ask for?

I’ve been buying Gushing Over Magical Girls, but I have no interest in this.

Wonder what the key is, then. BDSM undertones? Just barely hinting at nudity? Sexualizing magical girls?

@Torka Maybe it’s just how they determine one’s value based upon breast size. I’ve probably read similarly-stupid plots before, but this one currently doesn’t appeal.
I do think that they need to cross over with Eiken. I am judging that series superficially, though, having never read it and I’ve only seen one episode. :p
