Amazon preorder problem?

I have pre-ordered Ascendence of a Bookworm Volume 5 Part 5 quite some time ago. Today I got mail that there is issue with order:
We are having difficulty processing your payment, so are unable to proceed with your Kindle order.
Ascendance of a Bookworm: Part 5 Volume 5 (English Edition) [Kindle Edition]
I went to page and pre-ordered it again. All seems to be fine. Same happened with different book (not Light Novel from J-Novel Club). I assume price changed? If price changed by even 1 cent pre-order will be canceled. It is not a big deal but I am just curious if that was the case.

@Sekki this doesn't seem to be a widespread issue, (if it was trust me, there would be hundreds of posts about it...), so this is probably just something with your Amazon account or payment method. I'd send amazon a support email perhaps.

@admin Thanks for the info. It is not big deal. It happens from time to time. I just pre-order it again. I pre-order lots of books so maybe that is why I notice it more :)
