Greetings. New member here. I figured I might as well read as much and do as much as possible.
Concept - Imagine, "How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom" except with more of a focus on adventuring with villagers in his fief that have potential in combat (150 of them, last I checked) since his powers are primarily focused on increasing the capability of others as opposed to himself (hence the training skills bit).
Non-isekai story I suppose, as the MC is a native of that world. Somewhat Japanese oriented as the country controlling the fief he's the lord of is basically Japanese themed.
I also have no idea if this has been properly licensed into an LN in Japan.

@Solitude-Dragon-xopl5l8
Let’s see…
The manga was licensed by Square Enix under the name From Leveling Up the Hero to Leveling Up a Nation.
Aaaaaaand it did get a LN release. Three volumes so far, with the latest released in September 2020 - so it’s likely stalled.
Publisher is SB Creative, under their GN Novel imprint. They have a bunch of titles Yen Press licenses (The Angel Next Door, Is It Wrong To Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon, Goblin Slayer) so it’s possible they could pick it up. Not sure if JNC has anything with them, though.

@Torka It looks like the LN has no English licensing agreement (being stalled sucks but, that's another issue)? As for the manga, it's very likely the rename is the reason the English version of the manga is not easily found.
Thank you for the information.
