Is there a reason why Ascendance of a Bookworm Manga Part 1 Volume 6 and 7 as well as Part 2 Volume 1 and 3 are not available to buy as kindle edition on Amazon.de? Other volumes are present but those 4 are not available for purchase. I find it quite odd.
I tried to search for them and also tried using links from j-novel Club page for AoB manga but link either leads to non existing amazon.de page or volume is simply not available to purchase.

@Sekki Please report this to Amazon. We upload everything through a single portal and they need to be the ones to figure it out.

So if I understood correctly I need to resolve problem that your article is not available for purchase? I mean if I bought it and could not download it I would understand but I am unable to purchase it. Amazon.com does not have it either. This looks really strange.
Oh well, I will try but I will do you this favour only this once. It is not like I get money for fixing purchasing problems for other companies :)

@exedore So I have spoken with Amazon support and part 1 vol 6 and 7 have worng links. If you search for book with "ascendnece of a bookworm" it shows you wrong page. Here are correct links:

https://www.amazon.de/Ascendance-Bookworm-Manga-7-English-ebook/dp/B09CK379Z3Now we come to part 2 volume 3. This one is not in catalog (kindle edition). They said that either it was not uploaded or something went wrong with book (e.g. got corrupt) and was taken down. They do not have it any more. They also said that most likely you have received mail about this. You will need to upload it again.
I hope that this helps. It is your turn now. If you do not upload kindle edition it will not be available for purchase. Amazon alone cannot resolve this problem. I hope you will fix this problem soon.

@Sekki We upload the books to Amazon through a single Amazon KDE account on amazon.com, and it's amazon who then puts up all the different versions for each amazon varient... Clearly something went wrong internally at amazon when they created the .de structure, but that's really not something us resending it to amazon would fix. They control the listings on the .de store because that data comes from our listings on the .com store (which are fine...)
It's not like we can directly affect anything on the amazon.de, our amazon publisher account is with amazon.com.

Yes, you are correct. Procedure is following:
- you send publishing request to amazon.com with info on which markets it will be sold and so on.
- publishing checks license and approves it
- data is sent to amazon archive where all kindle books are stored. They do not have separate locations for different regions. All is stored on same location.
- amazon archive releses it to various locations like uk, de, .com and so on and makes pages on amazon site
This is what amazon support has explained to me. He has contacted archiving team and they could not find it so he suggested I contact you. That does not necessery means that file was not uploaded. It can mean they made mistake with page or something but I doubt they would admit mistake :)
Anyway problem is resolved, I got the books and all is fine. Thank you for prompt response.
