Question how do I read the premium edition?

I was buying the premium edition of the Light Novel: "Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash" and I wanted to question how I get the premium bonus that is included in this version.

I use Calibre, an e-book management software, to read the epub files. I also use this to push the files to my Kindle collection.

My apologies I probably didn't express myself well.
I don't question how can I read the Premium Bonus Content after I download the Light Novel that included this content. I question where can I find the Premium Bonus Content so I can read/download the Light Novel with the Premium Bonus Content. -
@TURI The important point to know here is that premium bonus content is only included in the direct-from-JNC download version of each book.
You can get downloads from the series page - find the volume you wanted, click on the 'owned' button, then the 'download' button in the popup.
Alternately, this can be done from your user page - expand the series, then hit the download button next to the volume you want.
Once you've got that download, read it as normal. Premium Bonus content is usually placed just before the end of the book (after regular content, but before the copyright and 'About JNC' pages).

If you were searching for bonus stories, Grimgar doesn't have any for the first three volumes. Only textless illustrations.

Thanks for the information I didn't was aware of this. But my meaning was to volume number 19. and volume number 18. of the series: "Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash".
