      Hi ,
      I tried to purchase coins via Apple pay the money was successfully deducted and payment from Apple pay was done successfully but the JNovel Club app gave error connection time out .. what should I do in this case to get my money back?

        @Ryuen Please email support@j-novel.club since this involves sensitive/personal information. We basically have to determine if Apple sent us money and you just weren't given the coins, or if Apple didn't send us money in which case you would have to ask them for a refund.

        Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.
