I cant get volume 3 chapter 1 to load. I've tried signing out of the j-novel app, cleaning the app data, and restarting my phone but nothing will load the chapter. Anyone else having this issue or can some tell me how else I can read the new release?

You should probably list the phone model and OS version, since there is a known issue with some of the older iphone models running out of memory when trying to load chapters in the app. -

I seem to have the same issue; Samsung Galaxy S23, J-Novel app. I get a white page with a progress indicator, but it doesn't seem to terminate. It worked a few days ago (Bookworm 3:2:6 worked at release, but doesn't now).

@grubba A restart of the phone seems to have fixed the issue with regards to Manga other than Now I'm a Demon Lord 3:1.

I have had the same issue, both on iPhone and iPad, latest iOS and iPad OS for both version 16 and 17. Restarting the app or the phone has no effect.

Same thing is happening to to me just constantly loads have tried on multiple devices

My iPhone 12 Pro (w/latest iOS version) failed to load v3c1 using the iOS app, as did my 1st-gen iPad Pro (9.7”). I bumbled around a bit in order to read the chapter using Safari; I don’t think that I’ve read any LN or manga via JNC’s website before. v3c2 worked just fine in the iOS app on the phone and iPad.

I have the same issue with Karate Master Isekai Ch. 14 page 7+.
Using a Xiaomi Mi 9 SE running crdroid. Deleting browsing data, using different browsers, and restarting did not make a difference. Other manga load fine, although the first pages that did work loaded slowly.
I first tried a couple days ago, the images still wont load today.
Viewing the manga on PC works. -
Having the same problem, just keeps loading forever and have been checking it every few days since P1 came out and tried restarting.
The color and black and white cover illustration loads as well as a couple pages around 18 and 20 (sometimes) after force stopping JNC app though I now only have the cover illustrations.P2 loads up just fine with zero issues.

Chapter still won't load on my phone app (running android on a Samsung - lastest updates) but it worked just fine reading it on the web browser version (though not as easy to find). So if you still can read the chapters that are not working in your app try the j-novel web reader online.
