Nothing new came out.
Current theory is that the author is busy working on The World of Otome Games Is Tough For Mobs and I'm the Evil Lord of an Interstellar Empire because they're selling better. The former is almost finished and unless the author continues the story further, hopefully it means they'll resume Sevens after.

@Tahu No where near. WN still on going I believe. There's also a lot more changes in the LN (new characters, stories, etc).

Mixed Bathing and Defeating the Demon Lord's a Cinch both came back from a multi-year hiatus so there's always hope.
