Missing entire section in website and mobile App that only show ups in epub

First time subscriber here. Why does the epub contain an entire extra section (Characters) that isn't viewable on the website/mobile app? I was hoping I could use the mobile app, but am now afraid to after noticing the content isn't the same. I haven't checked if the other sections match up.

@eugenefedoto the reader on the website reads the pre-publication translations that subscribers get to read while the translations are in progress. Those don't include the premium content that is added in the epubs, and in some cases are also missing last minute corrections they made to the text after pre-pub finished before they published. If you want the full quality with all the content, reading the epub is the way to go.

It would be handy if people got a notice the first time they read a part they owned suggesting they read the epub.
