It’s probably too late but I hope NIADL could be made with lighter cussing. I stopped reading it after the mc used m***** f*****.

You can buy the ebook and you might be able to edit out the language that you don’t like. Then again, you might not be able to do so. I’ve never tried to do anything to JNC’s ebooks beyond reading them, so I don’t know what’s possible.

@Ingraman You can edit them pretty freely. DRM-free .epub files are essentially just zip files full of xhtml pages. Unzip, edit the text, rezip, and done. (Or load them into caliber, it has an inbuilt ebook editor.)

@Tahu That seems like a clear indication the series is not for you. Asking to rewrite the character to make it more appealing to your sensibilities is going a bit far. It's best to let it go and move on.
