Application error: a client side exception has occurred

Whenever I try and open the website or the app on my windows 10 pc it just says:
application error: a client side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
I cant use the website, so I had to use my iPad to write this
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

@Iapetus31 If you press control-shift-j in a web browser while at the website it will bring up the browser console the error message mentions, and it may have more details on what the issue is.

Some thoughts:
It might be your antivirus or popup blocker.
You could also try a different browser.
You could also try the third party reader by @Crimson-Wise available at https://jnc-reader.wscr.dev/
