Not letting me download ebook

I have purchased mixed bathing book 5 but when I click download and open in iBooks I get another copy of How Not to Summon a Demonlord. I have tried downloading several times and now have another copy of How Not to Summon a Demonlord in my iBooks library.
Can anyone tell me what’s going on? -

I am also having an issue downloading a book except all I get is code telling me the book does not exist. Below is the code message:

That likely makes all of us having issue with Isekai Smartphone volume 6.

The file is either named wrong in the code or simply not uploaded yet I guess? The naming in the error matches the naming in the previous books so unless it is a patch problem I'd guess it isn't uploaded yet.
